You may:
Use my designs for personal use in publications, galleries, forums and print
with credit to Lifesong Kreations-I would appreciate correct spelling of Kreations too :)
Re-color or re-size to fit the needs of the layout
Share these designs by sending friends directly to the Digitals or Faith Sisters Store. If a
freebie send them to
the original link where you received it.
If you purchased an item that states S4H, S4O, CU
You may:
Use commercially for S4H and S4O, cards and candy wrappers for others, you are also free to
submit and profit
off layouts and cards published in magazines as long as you give credit
somewhere in your documentation or to magazines to:
"Kit design by Karla of Lifesong Kreations ." or along this lines.
I now have a commercial use license for people to purchase for each kit used.
Wording in the agreement reads as follows: This
is a commercial license for products designed by Karla Kellum. By
purchasing this license, you will have commercial use of one
product/kit only. Additional licenses must be purchased for each
product/kit you wish to use commercially. This
is the commercial license only; no graphics are included with this
download. All products/kits must be purchased separately. Please place
this downloaded license in the product/kit folder for which you have
purchased it, so you will know that the commercial license applies to
this one particular kit. Because you have purchased the commercial license of this product/kit you have the following commercial rights: • To install and use the product/kit on a single computer. • To use the product/kit to make hard copy scrapbook pages for others for your own profit. • To make hard copy candy wrappers and sell them for your own profit. •
To make electronic candy wrappers and sell them for your own profit as
long as the graphics from the product/kit are embedded into the
electronic document. For instance, you are allowed to design the candy
wrapper using the product/kit, leave a place for the purchaser to put
their personal information, and sell the electronic version of the
candy wrapper. • To change the color and size of the graphics included in the product/kit. • You may print the papers and elements to make your own hybrid projects to sell. If
you want to use the product/kit in any way other than the ways
described above, please contact me by email to obtain written
permission.Please Note: Once you reach sales of over $200.00 for any given kit you will need to purchase another license. This commercial license does NOT allow you: • To redistribute the stand-alone graphics in the product/kit in any way (hard copy or electronic). •
To change the color, shape or size of the graphics in the product/kit
and redistribute them in any way (hard copy or electronic). •
To sell electronic scrapbook pages made from the product/kit so that
someone could drop their pictures into the electronic page and have a
completed scrapbook page. • To use any part of the product/kit for obscene, defamatory, immoral works, or any other use prohibited by law. If
you post any projects that use these graphics on-line or submit them
for publication, full credit must be given in the following manner:
Name of Kit/Lifesong Kreations @ Digitals
You can Commercially sell my Quickpages , but only if they are in printed form with your customers pictures. They are never to receive in the orginal format. I would also appreciate you contacting me so that I am aware and can be sure that my designs are being used in an appropriate manner.
For
Poems you may use the CU version to make products for kits to be resold
as long as you keep the Lifesong Kreations © 2009 attached or placed
somewhere in credits or tou
